Exhibiton
What was the exhibition about?
It's about the things that we learnt about the topic of technology and change.
Which classes made displays?
10Bu and 10Hh
What did you make for the exhibition?
We made a poster explaining what the pantheon is.
One fun fact that I learnt from the exhibition was Ra is the god of sun. My favourite exhibition was about roman foods because the food was good.

Ancient Rome
Rome was a known power from arguably 509 BC to 1453 AD. We don'tknow exactly how Rome was founded, but the most prevalent myth is that Romulus and Remus. The history of Rome is split into four different segments. The first is the kingdom of Rome which lasted from 753 BC to 509 BC. The next is the roman republic from 509 BC to 27 BC and ended with the Senate's appointment of Julius Cesars son as an emperor. It was split in western and Eastern side in 285 AD. The western side is known and Western Roman but only lasted until 476 AD. The Eastern side is known as the Byzantine Empire lasted until 1453 AD.

Speech
What you spoke about?
My speech was about plastic bags and why I think they should ban them.
Something you are proud of?
I manage to do my speech in front of other people.
Were there any challenges?
Talking because I was nervous.
Would you do anything differently net time?
Laugh less so people can actually understand what I'm saying.

Hydaulics
The science behind hydraulics is called Pascal's principle. Pascal's principle basically means that any pressure that is applied to a fluid inside a closed system will transfer that pressure evenly in every direction thought the fluid. Because you cant compress the liquid in the pipe, the pressure needs to stay constant all the way through.

Ancient Egyptian Inventions
Ancient Egyptians began the use of makeup around 4000 B.C. It wasn't just the women who wore makeup. Both men and women used makeup and skin oils to protect their skins and to prevent body odour which is considered offensive to their gods and among them. The ancient Egyptians wore black eyeliner made from Galena. Galena is a lead-based mineral abundant in the desert. Soot was added to make kohl.
